We currently ship across India.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
Orders below this value incur a minimal delivery charge of ₹50, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following working day.Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier provider, weather delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final unless the product received is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before placing your order.
If you receive a product that is:

within 48 hours of delivery with:• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• An unboxing video (strongly recommended and may be required for verification)Products must be unused and in original packaging if a return is requested.
After verification, we may offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund to the original payment methodMIRRI reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
